Indonesia restored access to PayPal, Yahoo, and Valve services in the country after companies signed up to licensing rules introduced in 2020  —  Indonesia has unblocked PayPal, Steam owner Valve and Yahoo (Engadget’s parent company), allowing them to resume operations.
